​I believe in full transparency with my patients and creating a safe space for them to be open and honest. If there isn’t mutual respect, then expectations will be limited. I strive to make my patients feel heard and help them find their own path to self-care and compassion.
 
I was first introduced to acupuncture in my early 20s, and it changed my life. Ever since, it has been a constant source of healing and inspiration for me. I look at my own struggles and journey as a guide to support and help my patients. I feel truly fortunate life has led me toward this journey of providing care, knowledge and strength to help my patients find their inner voice, intuition and resilience. My clinic interests include trauma, stress and anxiety support, pain management, fertility, pre and post natal support, digestion and anti-aging acupuncture.  
I received my Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University. Prior to completing my graduate studies, I was a Therapeutic Personal Chef and Holistic Nutritionist. I completed clinical shifts at Harborview, Mount Saint Vincent, Neighbor Care, Evergreen Treatment Services and Bastyr Clinic. I’ve completed continuing education in Addiction, Pain Management, Fertility, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Point Injection Therapy, Labor and Delivery Support, Advance Age Acupuncture and I’m a Lamaze trained Birth Educator. I’m an acupuncturist at 3 assisted living facilities throughout Seattle and in the Spring 2022, I’ll be studying Classical Five Element Acupuncture at the Worsley Institute. 

When I’m not providing care to my patients, I’m spending time with my two little kiddos, dog and husband. My children are my teachers, and I’m constantly growing and expanding because of them. As a family we enjoy camping, paddle boarding, cooking, hiking and exploring the PNW.

Initial Office Visit (90 minutes): $150
