All people must wear a face mask or face covering for the duration of their visit.
All people must wash their hands upon arrival.
We are sanitizing high-touch surfaces multiple times throughout the day including between each and every patient visit.
We are checking staff and patient temperatures upon arrival to the clinic.
We are not treating or testing for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases at our facility. Patients who have any symptoms related to COVID-19 as indicated by the CDC are permitted to have Telehealth visits only. Please see resources below for testing locations in King County.
Patients are asked to wait in their car until the start-time of their appointment. Additionally, no more than two patients at a time are permitted in our waiting room to comply with physical distancing recommendations.
Patients and staff may be asked to attest to the absence of any CDC-outlined COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival to our clinic.
We are not serving water, tea, or coffee in our waiting room at this time.
