We are fully open for both essential and non-essential appointments and procedures while still complying with updated Washington State Guidelines. We continue to be a mask-requiring facility, per WA State DOH Guidelines and CDC Recommendations. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Thank you for your support of small businesses like ours during this pandemic. We are striving to offer the highest quality and most innovative care possible throughout this difficult time.
We care about your safety and the safety of our team, so we will be continuously updating our policies to reflect new recommendations from the various public health agencies.
We are making these accommodations at our practice to Optimize your Safety while visiting our clinic:
All people must wear a face mask or face covering for the duration of their visit, regardless of vaccination status.
All people are recommended to wash their hands upon arrival (bathroom down the hall).
We are sanitizing high-touch surfaces multiple times throughout the day including between each and every patient visit.
We are not treating or testing for suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases at our facility. Patients who have any symptoms related to COVID-19 as indicated by the CDC are permitted to have Telehealth visits only. Please see resources below for testing locations in King County.
Patients are asked to wait in their car until the start-time of their appointment. Additionally, no more than two patients at a time are permitted in our waiting room to comply with physical distancing recommendations.
Patients and staff may be asked to attest to the absence of any CDC-outlined COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival to our clinic.
We are serving water (hot and cold) in the lobby. We also have tea upon request.
